What should I do because I have the farts?

Intestinal gas (farting) is caused by the poor digestion of carbohydrate rich foods, basically you are eating carbohydrate rich foods too fast and not allowing your body enough time to digest it. This results in the build up of gas as the food is sitting in your digestive tract (guts) fermenting. Doctors advice includes:
chewing your food more or for longer
eating low carbohydate foods first before moving on to higher ones
making sure that you take liquids while eating
take fibre in the form of fruit as a first course
avoid fast foods as these are high in sugars and fats (all major sources of super high carbohydrates and usually eaten very quickly)
Of course if you can't do this then I would suggest keeping a lit candle in the room you are in as it will quickly burn off the gases and help you avoid a potentially embarrassing situation. If you can't bear the idea of naked flames then get a cat or a dog.... very easy to blame them. :)
