The weight should be the same. This website uses the weight of ice and water in an equation
to determine how ice melts until a glass of water reaches 0 degrees.

The bucket of ice will weigh less than the bucket of water. Water is unusual in that it expands when cooled, so if the buckets are the same size and filled to the same level, when the ice melts back to water it will occupy less volume than the water. The water will have more mass than the ice and therefore weigh more.
