How to figure out how many boxes of flooring needed for a room?

You will need to figure out the square footage of the room. Once you do that, you can look on the box of flooring, see how much one box covers and dividethe number of square feet in the room by the number of square feet in the box. If you have to cover 30 square feet and one box covers 10 sq ft, then you need 3 boxes. Hope this helps.
