Yes, warm shallow waters have been known to have sharks. Reef sharks swim in very shallow water, in water just deep enough to cover half of your shin, and even just above your ankle. As longs as water is covering the shark and it can swim, you can be sure a shark can also attack you in that water.

Yes they can especially if your bleeding.

Yes, I was bleeding and I was amazed at the amount of sharks that began to come close to me. i had to leave the water. i was fishing standing up with a cut on my foot.
