If a room has 4 different dimensions how do you figure square footage for that room?

you can't for the simple reason that square footage is two dimensional, length and width, if you include height then that includes a third dimension. The fourth dimension is time and I am no Doctor Who so good luck figuring out the space your room occupies in 4 dimensions......
