hey i think that it is okay if they use them in the halls and stuff but not in the class room or anything but other wise they should not be out like during a big old huge test sombodies cell phone goes off and you acciedntally mark the wrong answer and your writing in pen and your not allowd to scratch and or mark anything ut oooo you know

no i do not think its allowed because it can cause kids to not partesupat in what learning or teaching also that its not safe and people can still it and thing like that u know what i mean what u kids do that not right and can get u place or people in troubel
