I suppose if you hammered it out it might be able to cover one square foot. Otherwise you'd be better asking how many square millimeteres. I don't have an american cent here with me or a euro cent either or I'd tell you.
Anyway as a square foot is 12 inches by 12 inches and I don't believe any cents of that size (or greater) have ever been made, so the answer, logically, would have to zero (less than a square foot).

In India, one cent is 1/100th of an acre. In square feet, one cent is 435.6 square feet.
