In water.
This is clearly obvious at first, taking two frozen ice cubes out of the fridge and looking at the cubes you notice that each take on a solid form, slow in change, and steaming with ice cold.
As soon as one cube is dropped in water, it cracks and cools, I mean, warms up from the water, dramaticly!
The frost is taken from the cube and a clear solid ice melts at a steady rate, compared to the, still steaming of frost, ice cube left out of the water.

Well i think it melts faster in water because when it's in air it melts a little slow. Then when its in water it does a little faster.so When its in water it melts.
