It's all you really want, a phone and all your music in one.
The only thing that will make this item not a definite replacement is how the device is offered, price wise.
If you look around and find the best deal, grab one of these, it's perfect if your looking for a new phone that does everything.
I can only compare this device to the BlackBerry, but again, it's price that really compares an ipod to anything else. The iphone is worth a look if you want both a quality music player and phone in one.
