If I have two pair 9 of clubs, 9 of diamonds, 2 of clubs, 2 of hearts and a queen of clubs is it a winning hand?

If you are talking abour poker then the lowest possible winning hand is with a pair of 2's. As you have a pair of 9's and a pair of 2's you beat every other hand below that.

As you can see two pair only beats a pair and the strength of a pair or two pair is determined by the strength of the cards making the pair(s).

1.Royal Flush is the strongest hand. It has a 5-card sequence in the same suit. For example, 10, J, Q, K, A is the highest hand called royal flush..

2.Straight Flush is similar to the Royal Flush except that it has a lower value. An example would be any 5-card sequence in the same suit such as 7, 8, 9, 10, J of spades.

3.Four of a Kind is one of the hardest to create. It is all four cards of the same index. An example would be Q of hearts, Q of diamonds, Q of clubs, Q of spades plus any card.

4.Full House is a popular hand combination of a three of a kind with a pair. An example would be J, J, J, 8, 8.

5.Flush is the next hand in ranking. It is composed of any 5 cards of the same suit, but not in sequence. For example, Q, 2, 5, 8, 10 of same suit of spades.

6.Straight is having 5 cards in sequence, but not in the same suit. For example, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

7.Three of a Kind or a trio is three cards of the same value. The two other cards could be any number. For example, Q, Q, Q, 5, 8.

8.Two pair is an easy hand to create. It is a 5-card combination of two separate pairs plus any card. An example would be A, A, 3, 3, 7.

9.Pair is the easiest hand to create. It is a 5-card combination of one pair and any three cards. For example, 3, 3, 8, 7, J.

10.High Card is when a hand does not fit in any other category, it is judged by high cards.
