Why was the release date of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince changed?

At first the studio said the change was because Harry Potter could fill a slot in the same week of 2009 that Batman showed in 2008. But some sources are reporting that publicity for the film coincides with Daniel's (Harry) Broadway run in which he appears sans clothes. The questions may be too hot to handle, thus the change in release from Nov 08 to July 09.

I also heard that the movie would be better as a summer release.
