The short answer is yes, probably. While he has never tested positive, there is substantial evidence that he did use either steroids or human growth hormones.
His personal trainer had close ties to a pharmaceutical company that made money by designing steroids that could not be detected.
In their book, "Game of Shadows," Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams claim that Bonds used numerous designer steroids and human growth hormones after seeing Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa gain popularity in 1998 during their historic home run race.
Recently, in the paperback release of the book, the authors document the difference in clothing sizes that Bonds wore before joining the Giants and after, including going from size 10 shoes to size 13.
Bonds has a good chance of passing Hank Aaron for the record for most home runs hit in a career. Most people feel bonds breaking Aaron's record will bring shame to the game and tarnish one of the most well known professional sports records.

I really dont think that he did take a steroid but i think that he had might have in the past.

While Bonds was not suspended for any games under the MLB's new drug-testing policy, he was subjected to six further tests over the next six months, and a second positive test would have resulted in a 25-game suspension. Although media reports suggest that Bonds initially insisted that a substance taken from teammate Mark Sweeney's locker was to blame for the positive test, he has decided not to appeal the test results, and has since denied that Sweeney was ever involved in any way

no i got some good reson why. he works out every day and all the test came back negative jose cancsoc lied becuse he was a jealous so barry bond should not be acused of staroid becuse he did not do it
