Aspirin is thought to reduce the rates of certain cancers, though there is no medical recommendation to take aspirin to reduce cancer chances.

Some of the cancers aspirin is thought to reduce are prostate, colon, gall bladder, pancreatec, upper GI tract and lung.

Nothing is for certain in this world only that one day we will all die. So to answer your question, NO, aspirin is not promised to prevent you from having cancer. Even being a vegan, will not prevent you from getting cancer. So unfortunately nothing we do will keep us from getting cancer.
