It depend on what you read and believe if articficial sweeteners are bad. For every artificial sweetener ever developed, there are ongoing studies of how harmful they are. Some have been found to cause bladdar cancer in rats, but since rats are highly susceptible to bladdar cancer, that may not be a cause for concern.
