Should 'have' be a possible question starter here?

I think it should. I have had to reword many questions to "did" when they started out as "have".

Ok, ok. I don't know how it was overlooked before, but now "Have..." works....

Any other suggestions or are you going to keep them secret too?

I think, we must. Any other word can not be a perfect replacement if a question was ought to start with some particular word.
