It is discrimination to hold any veiws against anyone that gives you less of an opputunity because of skin color or place of origin. Being white-skinned of European origin (caucasions) is very common in many parts of the free world.The question is not a disadvantage, nor would it be if you were a minority since the question is being asked, to offer special needs or services to you, not to automaticly disqualify you. I don't know of any place feeling it is a burden to employ caucasions, if there were I would look out for the lawyers tapping at the windows.
