WPC is a World Petroleum Congress which works toward the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by developing certain technologies such as CO2 capturing. However, the cost for applying such technology was astronomical and not feasible in its present form. A workshop was held by the WPC and OPEC to discuss such issues as carbon capture and storage, CO2 for enhanced oil recovery, and gas flaring reduction. From this I would say WPC would service the world environmentalists and clean air proponents.
I haven't talked with anyone who has praised this company, but I do have a friend (asked not to be identified) who was very disappointed in his purchase from this company. He sent emails and letters and was continually referred to other areas---especially on their website. Read what you like into this they may be more reputable than they appear. Good Luck.

Depends on the reason for the block---for instance if you are grounded from your computer (this happened to someone I know), then you will have to placate your parents until they feel you are sincerely penitent, then ask them to unblock yourspace. If the problem is not with your parents but with your computer, just go to the "myspace" website and there is a section that will allow you to unblock it. "Rots of Ruck"! I've been there, too.
It is the injury inflicted by a tiny minute creature that lives on dogs, cats, and most all warm blooded animals---including humans. The bite will turn red and itchy. I've seen them on my dogs and cats---fleas and their bites!
