I am quoting few lines according to author Ranga Bashyam at our blog site edulog.eduharsha.com As the saying goes ‘You never get a second chance to make a first impression’, a cover letter synopsis and an introduction to resume are key factors that determine a prospective candidate’s chances of success. Some may argue that it is the potential of a candidate to perform and his ability to fit into the role, that eventually factor into a decision for hiring or admission to an institution. However the perception of such performance or ability overshadows the reality as it factors in early stages of decisioning such as filtering of candidates and elimination to form a finite smaller list of prospects. In this regard it is very essential that one markets his/her profile effectively and win the attention of the interview panel. A well documented, concise and clear cover letter and resume help to achieve this - “Hitting a Home Run”. Plasticity of any material is a property which is exhibitted after its yield point and it is represented by a non-linear equation. However the ability or tendency to flow like fluid has to do with its property of fluidity or viscoplasticity and it is time variant. I will capture this in more detail when I get more time. I am also uploading on my website my research work which is on the same subject.
Divide 228 by 12 = 19 Divid 15 by 12 = 1.25 Multiply 19 by 1.25 = 23.75 sqft You can in fact visit to wikipedia or google or yahoo and find a conversion table and that may tell you about the conversion factor. However if you have a calculator multiply 228 by 15 = 3420 and then divide 3420 by 144 = 23.75 sq ft. There are many ways you can arrive at this answer. I hope you got me. Thanks for the idea. I am going to share this at my educational website.
