No. The gum base in gum is not digestable, but eventually it will pass through your stomach and digestive track with all your other food, digested or not.

Some things say that gum does take 7 years to diest in your stomach, but in other scources it says no gum only takes 1 day to digest in your body. Yes!, 7 years is right gum cannot disolve but so fast by all of your acids are not strong enough to kill off one large piece of gum!
