Personal greeting cards can be created simply by taking a blank piece of paper and folding it in half or fourths (depending on how much details you want in your card).

With markers, crayons, ribbons, stickers, and so on, you can be as creative as your mind sets you to be. Then once you are done with your creation, then you can add a personal note inside to the person you are sending your card to.

The card you just made is more "personalized" versus a card you buy at the store or online. If you want to take the easier route, then you can simply go to a Hallmark store or online (http://hallmark.com), or there are also sites that have electronic cards as well (http://www.123greetings.com). Hallmark.com has electronic cards that you can send as well via email.
