Oz?
You can have a cloud feature if you want. Small problem first though... you have to have a room with a really high ceiling, say, 150-200m. Clouds will form naturally then as has been seen in the prep room for the Space shuttle (the big room where they bolt on the booster rockets).
Not making this up, seriously, all you need is a room with a really high ceiling. As for bottling one? Yeah, you can do that but as soon as you bring it down to sea level it will dissipate. Alltitude (height) and humidty form clouds. I suppose if you built a house high up on a mountain or hill and had a few big big doors installed you could open them and then clouds would just drift through your room...

That sounds so sweet ! So the bottle cloud won't work, but the high ceiling is a great idea. - I'm looking up now, guessing what is about 200 meters. - Umm, that's a small problem... maybe in a damp cellar? I can have a swamp cloud feature with a flute in to the main house with clouds? I'm thinking...

NO, ITS JUST GASSES, AND FIRST OF ALL, YOU WILL DIE TRYING BECAUSE THE HIGHER YOU GO, THE LESS OXYGEN IS IN THE AIR.
