If you mean the one that occurs during the film 'Ice Age' then that was between 18,000 and 37,000 years ago and was a relatively minor period.

There have been many glacial periods or ice ages most of which will never be known. Most ice ages also last for truly significant periods of time numbering 100s of thousands of years. Current theory states that the a glaciated, frozen Earth is actually the normal pattern and these warm periods, such as the one we are in now, are the exception rather than the rule.
