When i build my web browser like virtual machine now i shall replace Windows 7 or Mac OS X in fullscreen mode!?

Its easy to write a program. But programmer most better think before finished his work. a example is this of Google Chrome webbrowser,
it not what i wan´t. If programmer make for Google Chrome webbrowser a virtual machine (vmware player) *(virtualbox)* that direct starting in fullscreen mode it can replace Windows 7 or Mac OS X. By first time you setup it it (chanced Windows Update not more restarting computer again and again, it disable widegets, desktop search, other application make virtual machine slow. After click op desktop picture link of Google Chrome it run virtual machine, you shall not know that it running a visualization software! The goal is to replace Windows 7 or Mac OS X.
