If you mean listing your website in search engines ( they are indexing information), or on a web ring, yes, you can. There are many search engines. I found that its easy enough to do. Just go, say, www.alexa.com and in the search window(?) (it escapes me what that is called at present) type in your whole website. An example might be: http://www.bookgardenpublishing.com Which is my site. If you are already listed you will find your site as you look down the list that comes up. If not, look on their site for LISTING YOUR SITE WITH US or something similar and click on it. On Unasked at the bottom of this page is, Add Your Site To The Search Engine, use it. Other places you'll have to read the directions and do what it says. Sometimes it takes some time which can be months for your site to show up. Some times you don't get listed on a search engine at all. I've have both happen to me. And I'm still waiting to be listed on a web ring I signed up to join. Yahoo, Google and some of the other biggies take the most time if at all.
