Polygamy is defined as one man married to several women or one woman married to several men.

Federal law prohibits polygamy in the territories. Federal law defines marriage as one man, and one woman.

So yes, the limit is one spouse.

In england your are only allowed one spouse, but this differs in the east, places like india and saudi
