I would go back in time to the early years of America before it was discovered by christopher columbus or any other explorer.

I would go because I want to see what the indians lived like and what the U.S.A looked like before all the machines and buildings and people were there.

As far as most people are concerned it is "Native Americans" or "Red Indians". Indians do indeed live in India, they also live in America because good old Chris Columbus (the idiot) thought he had sailed to India and upon arriving in the caribbean assumed that the people living there were Indians (from India) and so the name stuck. Oh yes, Chris Columbus NEVER set foot on America and did in fact NOT discover America either.

Christopher Columbus called them Indians. Lot's of people call them Indians. Just because you THINK it is wrong doesn't mean that it is.
