yes because you get a finer quality television and is very practical as they are thin and can be placed on walls or in a small space . . . . but they cost more so it's realy up too your own judgement as too which one you want . . . i personally prefer them but thats my opinion and yours could differ

LCD is said to be a better TV to buy.
I watched a 104 cm widescreen and I was surprised to see the wuality.
I thought this was going to be a joke, and I wouldn't be able to view a show from sitting on the kitch table ( angles )
But it comes out all clear. Perfect .

Plasma is good, but to see LCD like this, its just better.
