Could you help me, contributed 64.40 through You March 17th to Registrycleanfix the say have no trace of transaction?

You should have a reciept of the transaction from your online bank or check book. It's rare that you pay cash, so use a recipt as proof of purchase.
Use that proof to tell the place you payed for a service that you had not recieved.
Take it further, if you use paypal, explain to them what happen, paypal can insure your purchases, so you can get your money back if you had trouble.
Your bank should do something similar.
