This man is as dumb as a stump, when it comes to magic. yet, it is even more so written that this wizard is truely magic. The title, The Wizard of Oz is renamed, The magical Wizard of Oz.
This man has no knowlege of any power known as magic, but is the one and only wizard, who is relied on, in the land of Oz.
Oz itself is a magical place, and being surrounded by magic, can automaticlly qualify you as being a wizard, even if your ignorant in the fact. the wizard prove to his friend that they alway had a gift they sort all along, and here we see a man, who is no longer so confused by his title.
