You can go to a library or online to find a dog that has a temperment similar to yours. If you are active, you don't want a sedentary dog; if you are sedentary, you don't want a dog that is too active. I found a website that gives you a quiz to help you find the right dog for you. One of our dogs is a Siberian Husky. They are active; she requires a long walk (1+ miles) each evening before bed, or she won't sleep - that means we won't sleep! Enjoy your new pup!
