Scientists have engineered a material that can bend visible light around objects which can render anything from a person to ship invisible to the eye. This technology, used that way is still years away, but UC Berkeley has engineered materials that can control the direction of the light.

I heard someone had made one, we have to remember that we spend more money on defense than we will ever spend on education, or other programs...For one reason only, so we can live another day.
Do you believe in magic? If yes, then of course we can have a cloak!

But for the lame figure head, that only proclaims the truth with a scientific fact stamp,
then no...you will never see this cloak, not even in a secret military research file.
I would even cover it up...with the cloak, get it?

Anyway, radio gossip has it that you can use certain technology to build a cloak that makes you invisible, I think it had something to do with nanotechnology and basic sewing sequences. it's was estimated at a $80 value...
So it's might be a little bit of a tinker, but someone says you can...
I bet that person disappeared..
