Eagles and related species such as hawks have extremely shap focused eyesight while Owls have extremely good night vision. Sparrows and other smaller species are extremely adept at spotting movement. It all really depends on what you mean by 'best eyesight' - night vision, movement detection, focus, pattern recognition, etc.
