No, it shouldn't. There could be some advantages, government income from taxing being the largest, but most of the perceived advantages would probably never be realized. People say the government could control manufacture and distribution of marijuana, but they haven't been able to thus far, who's to say they would be able to once it became legal?
Plus, there are not enough late night restaurants to handle the certain onslaught of people with the munchies.

I believe it should, with the exception of driving under its influence. if you think about it, it's really not that bad.
