Dogs smell much more than humans can because their smell-sensitive cells cover an area about the size of a pocket handkerchief and number about 220 million. Humans have about 5 million scent cells, about the size of a postage stamp.
For that reason, dogs can be trained to sniff out bombs, drugs and anything else the owner wants to train the dog to find.

Well, I don't know I've smelled some real stinkey dogs when their wet.corse some folks smels perty bad sometime
