I found them when I brought in my watch for repair. I am a repeat customer! They are great. You've gotta see their website at www.1-800-4CLOCKS.com. They are located in midtown Manhattan in Grand Central Station. They have a great selection of Grandfather Clocks, with both new and antique clocks. Their massive grandfather clock selection is visible at www.1-800-4CLOCKS.com/grandfather-clocks.html . I learned they do both antique clock repair and antique and newer watch repair, and I was really pleased to find that in New York City. I know they carry brands like Seth Thomas Clocks and Howard Miller Clocks. It's not the fanciest place, but it is a hidden treasure and worth the search. Because they are kind of hidden away in Grand Central Terminal, they even post directions on how to find their Store on their website. Use those directions or be prepared to spend a lot of time looking (also from personal experience)!
