A very thin film of soapy water that forms a sphere is called a soap bubble. The surface of the bubble is iridescent, meaning the color changes according to the angle the sphere is viewed. Soap bubbles only last a few moments and pop randomly or when they touch another surface.
The bubble's skin is formed by a thin layer of water trapped between two layers of molecules, usually soap.
