It is always remain a wish which is impossible for the scientist because we can travel with the speed of light .
My Personal opinion is below
Time Travel is be possible if we travel only with our soul not with our body which is impossible for us.

What would happen if you could travel east around the globe fast enough to cross the dateline multiple times? If you could cross it ten times? 100? Imagine if you could fly fast enough to cross the dateline 365 times within 24 hours. Would you have skipped a year? That sounds like time travel to me :) Otherwise, there must be a speed exception to the Date Line calculations.

No, as to travel forward or backwards in time, you would have to travel at the speed of light which will never happen as you would theoretically not exist.

Actually, traveling at the speed of light is only ONE theory among many on how it would be possible. And actually, that's not a very popular theory because the only thing traveling at the speed of light has to do with time is the fact that time almost stops for the person that is traveling at it. It has nothing to do with going forwards or backwards in time.
