No. There is no sound in space, contrary to what you see in those realistic space TV shows and movies. Inside the space shuttle, or whatever space vehicle you prefer, you can hear sound because there is are inside of it. There is no sound if there are no molecules for the sound to move through.

If you have a microphone connected to you, then yes.
If sound travels like light in space then you will be heard, by someone somewhere. hopefuly.
Otherwise your going to have to yell very loud to be heard, since space is very big.
It is possible for astronauts to communicate using their own voices by pressing their helmets together, the material contact is sufficient to enable vibrations to pass between and thus allow communication without radio. Anonymous has the complete answer though.
