My friend would say because boys are yucky. But, a lot depends on the age of the boy, how he was raised and what standards he holds as important. If his homelife didn't include teaching on how to treat a girl, that is probably why. Don't ever let any boy talk you into anything. If he has no self control, why would you want to be with him. And if you want to be with a guy for his popularity or looks value and want him to be a certain way, you are doing the same think he is.
