Well, if someone says "how are you?" you could answer. I think it would depend on how serious it is, if it is limiting what someone expects you to do or if it needs to be known.

Don't ..... Unless it's obvious in any way, then explain exactly whats wrong, hope you can back it up too with a witness, other wise your going to need medical certificates to prove your condition...not many people have these, and your risking the loss of reputation and friendship with whom you tell, since it's so much easyier to call you a liar and not trust you anymore...Trust me, it happened here, and your only going to hurt yourself more, when none of them really care for what you said, otherwise, they would attend to you , and you know it. It took a long time in bed to recover and I was concidered a drug addict by others because I limped alot when I walked, hot blood shot eyes, and slurd a little when I spoke, it just goes to show, even when you do open your mouth to tell them, it's ignoroed. And when they do the tests..they are checking in the wrong place... It's an inconveinet truth that others really do know what happen, I'm not dumb, but when it come to who knows, well your going to have to take my word again arnt you...so I'm not telling you...here is to the pride you thought your country stands for ... cheers ... oh and only thanks to my faith in a lady, i can now have a beer again, I could not do that before...i would fall down and and collaps in pain, don't know why, I guess it was because of the heart attack.. Don't bother feeling sorry, I'm fine now.
