If your having a withdrawl symtom, treat it.
You are sick
You could have Fifths Disease. Fifth disease is caused by a virus. those infected usually have flu like symptons before breaking out in a rash. The virus is highly contagious. It is also known as the "Slapped Cheek disease." Initial symptoms are flu like then the person will generally break out with a rash on the face and then a rash on the body. Treatment is pretty easy just getting a lot of rest, drinking fluids and taking pain relievers. Fifth disease is more commong in children than adults. It is highly dangerous to pregnant women. You are contagious until the rash breaks out. Pregnant women can take a test to see if they are immune to the disease. If not, contraction could lead to death for the baby. Pregnant women who test positive for Fifth disease have to be monitored closely throughout the pregnancy to ensure a safe delivery. I hope this helps. I see this was asked a while ago, but who knows who else has the same question. You should always go to a doctor first when you develop symptons that concern you. Doctors tend to know more about medical problems than most people do online.
it's the weather.
I also have had mild-moderate flu symptoms waxing and waning for past several months. The symptoms have been chills, perspiring, headaches, lethargy, depressed appetite and some upper respiratory symptoms. This morning I woke up with a rash on my chest and neck but haven't necessarily been perspiring much overnight compared to other nights. I think it could be recurrence of mono, or symptoms of the swine flu. I plan to make a doctor appointment today to see if it would be appropriate to prescribe any specific antivirals that will help knock this out.
